ABOUT COLBY COPPAGE
COLBY COPPAGE, REALTOR®
Real estate is more than a transaction—it's a big life moment. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading to something new, or preparing to sell a place you’ve loved, I’m here to guide you through it with clarity, care, and a steady hand.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how approachable and transparent I am. I see my role as part strategist, part sounding board, and part advocate—helping you make smart decisions and feel confident throughout the process. I tailor my approach to your goals and communication style, making sure you're never left guessing what's next.
After years of working in San Francisco’s fast-paced, highly competitive real estate market—where I specialized in luxury homes and partnered with top-producing agents—I reached the top 5% of agents citywide and was part of a top 1% team. Over the course of my career there, I personally closed more than $180,000,000 in sales. I eventually relocated to the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine—a move that brought me back to where life feels most balanced. From the strong sense of community to the beauty of the coastline, this is where I’m happiest. Now, I help others find that same feeling of home, whether they’re moving across town or across the country.
While my primary focus is now in NH and ME, I remain connected to California and continue to assist clients on both coasts.
Earlier in my career, I held legal and compliance roles at leading asset management firms, including BlackRock, State Street, and Fidelity. I maintained Series 7, 63, and 24 securities licenses and developed a sharp eye for detail and negotiation—skills that now serve my clients well when reviewing disclosures, preparing contracts, and navigating complex deals.
Whether you're a buyer or seller, my goal is to make the experience smooth, successful, and—dare I say—enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who’s grounded, experienced, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals, I’d love to connect.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors—skiing in the winter, boating and hiking in the warmer months, or exploring new spots with my dog Oliver.
